Been a while actually writting properly. It just down to the fact enjoying life so much, can't even focus on the blogging. There is always another centre of attractions, hehehe yatiekarim. Thats my wife to those still wondering. hehehhe so suffice to show I'm having a good marriage life. So 1 year of hedonistic, youth and crazy couple, got to prepare for next phase gradually with some suddeness!!!! errrrr is that a word????? God knows!. hahahah. So 1st topic, my apartment. I bought it in 2008 in Jelatek which is close to my office. I was single and dreaming a life where my home is close to my work place and my social. Most importantly accessible to public transport which is in this case PUTRA LRT, kind of similar to MRT's Singapore and London's tube. When I look at it, I just want a small place to be called my crib. So total cost now almost RM 200K for 910 sqft. The construction already done last month and suppose to wait for CF. Yesterday, developer sent a proposal for wardrobes and kitchen cabinet. Me and wifey kind of like it but the price is RM11K. The price is ok, just it needs now. hehehe so screw the financial plan. But our saving actually for SUV. hehehe Will work out, looks like all the ealy investment, now the time to use it. hehehehe. Next the daughter is due on 5th Nov. got name and all the equipments. we hope we prepare the best for her. WE are nervous and excited so fingers cross. SUV should be coming out in Jan 2011. Then gonna sell the car. No need for 2 cars. so can have some money for apartment later. The only thing to top up the down payment savings as we gonna use it for the developer offer! |
